i am Clementine, the owner of www.sex-bijou.ch. Here you will find the most important information about our company and organisation. If this is what you are looking for and you would like to try out working with me, then you are very welcome.

I rent completely organised workplaces to independent ladies, TS and Dominas in cantons: Zurich, Grisons, St. Gallen, Schwyz and Thurgau. All clean and discreet private flats with high quality facilities! In order to stay ahead of the competition, not to jeopardise the trust of your clientele and thus enable better earnings for you, we only rent to women and TS who advertise with original photos!

Rental costs per week Monday to Sunday are as follows
Chur: 600.- Fr. per room per week

Märstetten 1 & 2, Mels, Wald ZH, St.Gallen and Bubikon : 900.- Fr. per week
Altendorf and Maienfeld : 800.- Fr. per week

Davos (low season): 800.- Fr. per week

Davos (high season): 950.- Fr. per week

In the cantons of Graubünden, Thurgau and St.Gallen an additional CHF 25 withholding tax per day is due. (Concerns only ladies working with 90 days). Costs for advertising on our website worth 50.- Fr per week are included.

Rent and withholding tax are to be paid on Friday of the working week, so you do not need to bring a deposit.
All women and TS who choose to spend Easter and Christmas in our establishment, as a thank you, will receive a gift discount of 100.- Fr. on each week's rent!
The SM rooms should be reserved in advance, as we always make sure that there are never two Dominas or TS working together in one flat.
Flats in St.Gallen, Davos, Mels and Märstetten (one of them SM flat) are only for one woman / TS. Rüti for 2. Bubikon (SM room available), Maienfeld and Chur (SM room available) for 3. Altendorf for 4.

The only requirements are valid papers, original photos, reliability, cleanliness and collegiality.
Depending on the flat, 1 - 4 girls (TS) are present. Stress-free, pleasant working atmosphere, in a region with relatively little competition and well established regular clientele! Top location, central and discreet. There is always your own kitchen, sun terrace, spacious living room.

Flats are equipped with
Bed linen, towels, detergents, washing machines and tumble dryers, cleaning products, complete kitchen utensils as well as usable sex equipment (mirrors, handles for bondage, St. Andrew's crosses). WLAN in all flats! All flats are centrally located, close to the train station and shopping facilities.
You can set your own prices for services, we do not interfere in your way of working! Profit from the strong Swiss franc and the higher prices!
