If you are looking for a place spontaneously, it is worth giving us a call or sending us a message.
All flats are intended for two colleagues.

There is no competition at the respective addresses - neither in the house nor next door!


I rent to independent ladies, Dominas & TS.

You book a room or a complete flat - just like in a guesthouse or hotel.

You determine your service and working hours yourself. You also do your own advertising.

You work on your own account. You only pay the rent and withholding tax for the rental period.

You will not incur any further costs!



Rental - weekly from Monday to Monday

In exceptional cases, check-in on Sunday is also possible. Please clarify this with me beforehand!


If you would like to work at an address for a few days, this is possible from 3 days.

Billing is then based on daily rent.


Registration form

On the day of your arrival, I will take a photo of your passport and register you online with the Office for Migration.

You will receive a copy of the registration.

Women from EU countries are allowed to work in Switzerland for 90 days (3 months) per calendar year. You must pay withholding tax for the time you are with me. In the canton of Lucerne, this is CHF 20 per day.

as soon as you are registered, the withholding tax is due, which you pay directly to me. I settle this with the tax office. You will receive a receipt for all payments.

If you need a complete invoice for your tax return, including the withholding tax paid, then

please tell me directly and don't wait until months later to request it.


Arrival and departure

if you arrive later in the afternoon or in the evening, I don't care why. The room is reserved for you and is ready for you. There is no free use or overnight stay.

No rent is due on the day of departure!

Your room should be vacated by 9.30 am so that the cleaning fairy can start.

On the day of arrival you have to pay 400,- francs.

This will be deducted from the rent. This can also be done in euros. ( 100,- Swiss Francs = 100,- Euro )

As I am not on the stock exchange, no daily exchange rates apply!

If you want the deposit back in euros - no problem - if I get the money back in Swiss francs.

The prices start at 100,- francs for a quickie
for 30 minutes AB 150,- francs

for 45 minutes AB 200,- francs

for 60 minutes AB 250,- francs


For extra wishes a surcharge is usual.

Fetish ladies, dominatrices and TS or have a slightly higher rate.

No more rentals to Romanian and Bulgarian women!
Unless they come on the recommendation of another colleague.

Modern & bright flats in a central location - WLAN in every flat !



- beautifully furnished rooms with box spring bed to lock - with TV and cupboards for your belongings



- complete bedding (pillow, duvet, bed linen)



- Towels (large and many smaller ones)

- Fully equipped kitchen (cups, plates, cutlery, pots, pans etc.)

- bright bathroom with window, shower / bathtub / WC / washing machine / tumble dryer

- own car park in Sursee available

- Toilet paper, paper rolls, detergent and washing powder are included in the rent

You can also wash your own clothes

- The necessary registrations are taken care of



- If you want to come with your dog, you can. He can stay for free.

Of course your dog is well-behaved, doesn't pee or poo in the flat, doesn't eat anything and doesn't bark

The cost for this is 50,- francs !

As soon as you have a profile on the Goldlinie website, you will also appear on myLadies for free

Your profile is valid for 3 months. This means that if you book another appointment within 3 months, you will pay for it

again.

You rent a discreet private flat from me.

In order to continue to have good addresses and not to jeopardise the trust of the customers, I only rent to women and TS who advertise with original photos.

Language skills are also very important! A halfway understandable German or English is a prerequisite.



If you have never worked in Switzerland before, you may be anxious or unsure that you are only spending money but not earning anything. Or that you will be left alone with all your questions.

Don't worry, I'll help you! I'm always available by phone and on site at least twice a week.

Because I want you to feel comfortable, earn money and be happy to come back.
