For reasons of discretion, Atelier 2 is located at the flat door and also at the entrance on the street.

The flat is on the 2nd floor (lift) directly on the main street between Sonnenplatz and Seetalplatz. One S-Bahn stop away from Lucerne main station.
Bus stop 2 is directly in front of the door.

The flat with the name Atelier 2 is a modern, bright 3-room flat which is divided into two study rooms
divided into two study rooms.

Each study is lockable and you have your own TV in the room.
Free WLAN in the whole flat.

A fully equipped kitchen (kettle, cooker, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pans, pots etc.) Bathroom with bath / shower / WC / washing machine / dryer.
Towels, bath towels, washing powder, dish cleaner, toilet paper, paper towels - all this is provided.

The study 1 is large - approx. 30 square metres and a bit angled around the corner.
For lustful erotic fetish games you have an area of about 6 square metres.
On the ceiling there is a beam for fixing, a St. Andrew's cross and a large mirror - in this the guest can watch what his lady is doing to him ;-)
If this area is not needed, you can separate it with a curtain.
There is also a fixation bar above the box spring bed.

Study 2 with plenty of space for your things

Bathroom with bathtub, shower, WC, towel dryer, washing machine/dryer - spacious & light

Kitchen - modern & bright, for talking, smoking ... with everything it needs. Pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery etc. is of course available.

The cleaning fairy Ursula comes every Monday from 9 am.
