Make yourselves immortal!

Sex is healthy, puts you in a good mood and does so much more!

Loving touch, intimate togetherness, pleasant skin contact and intimacy release the bonding hormone oxytocin. The body releases a lot of this love hormone during orgasm. The body's own messenger substance endomorphin, colloquially known as the happiness hormone endorphin, is also released. At the same time, the stress hormone cortisol is reduced.
The body's own "drug laboratory" releases opium-like messenger substances with no side effects before, during and after sex. As a result, tension is released, anxiety is reduced and pain is alleviated. Feelings of happiness set in and we float on “cloud nine”.

However, anyone who has just contracted lumbago (low back pain, lumbago, lumbalgia) and is struggling with a painful restriction of movement in the lower back will probably not feel any relief during active sex. On the contrary, passive oral sex could brighten the mood.

The most beautiful secondary matter in the world strengthens the immune defence. A study by the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich found that the concentration of the body's own "killer cells", i.e. the number of white blood cells used to defend against pathogens, doubles immediately after orgasm, at least in men. In addition, regular sex two or three times a week increases the concentration of antibodies in saliva.

According to American researchers, intimate intercourse protects against the common cold and other flu-like infections. Having sex once or twice a week helps to produce more immunoglobulins. These antibodies protect against colds. Sexual exercise is also good for the heart and circulation. Some cardiologists encourage symptom-free heart patients to have sex, as this can promote rehabilitation and prevent further incidents. The positive effect of sex helps to reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

Regular sexual activity stimulates brain activity. According to studies, sexually active people have better concentration and memory performance than sexually inactive people. A soothing session of sex makes us sleep better and look fresher in the morning. The act of love stimulates the lymphatic vessels, which means that "waste products" are removed more quickly and cannot cause damage to the skin and blood vessels. Cellulite and wrinkles are reduced. Our heart pumps plenty of blood into the body and transports important nutrients to where they are needed. Taut connective tissue, silky hair, rosy, smooth and clear skin are beautiful results.

In women, the increased release of the hormone oestrogen ensures that the regenerative capacity of the cells is improved and the formation of collagen is promoted.

Birding trains our muscles and makes the calories tumble. Men burn around 4 calories per minute and women 3. Of course, this depends on the intensity, the chosen positions and your basic physical requirements.
Don't put yourself under pressure as to how long good sex should last. There are no generalised average values that should be adhered to.

Sex in combination with love has a more positive effect. But even without a heart connection, an active sex life leads to the aforementioned positive side effects. However, always remember to use condoms for changing intimate contacts!

Sometimes a 5-minute quickie is just what we need. Other times we prefer extensive slow sex. Concentrate on being together and your partner. Enjoy the closeness, cuddling, snuggling and kissing. Give each other caresses and don't just focus on the orgasm. It will come all by itself with so much feeling. And if it doesn't work out with the climax "sponge over it", then next time. By the way, masturbation also leads to similar health-promoting results.

If you can hug the whole world after the act of pleasure and run around like a Cheshire cat, then think about the future:
Those who have a lot of sex generally live longer!

Here's to the next time.

If you've had a lot of sex, you'll live longer too!
